Balinese food is a highlight for any visitor to the Island, and this is the opportunity for you to learn the specific characteristic of Balinese cuisefirst hand. Our cooking classes introduce you to the tropical spices traditionally used in Balinese cooking, so that you can reproduce the unique Balinese flavours when you return home.
Your experience begins with a visit to a traditional market in Ubud, where the ingredients for the days feast will be purchased. You will then visit a coffee plantation which offers the famous Luwak Coffee, as well as exciting tea blends from local ingredients.
